It depends on the system. Tub to Walk-In conversions typically take 2–6 days, and Crafted Tile showers take longer because tile, waterproofing and grout need cure time. Your written quote includes the timeline before anything starts.

Yes. Every tile shower we build goes over a bonded waterproofing membrane that meets ANSI A118.10, and it's included in every Crafted Tile tier. Acrylic and composite systems are prepped and sealed as their manufacturer specifies. The waterproofing/prep stage is photographed for your Proof Pack before it's covered.

We provide a 1-year labor warranty covering our installation workmanship. Materials are not included — manufacturer warranties apply where applicable and documentation is passed through to you.

Each package lists what it includes — typically the wall system, fixtures, waterproofing or prep, demolition, haul-away and cleanup. Glass doors and enclosures are custom-quoted separately after a free measurement. Your written price changes only through a change order you approve in writing.

We use a milestone-based payment structure: 40% deposit when you sign, 30% the day demolition starts (or the day work starts, on projects with no demolition), and 30% after your final approval.

Our packages are priced with the materials each tier lists, and that is what our quotes and our labor warranty are built on. Frameless glass uses thicker panels (3/8" to 1/2") with minimal hardware for a modern, open look. Semi-frameless uses a frame on the top and sides but no frame on the door itself — a great balance of style and value.

Plumbing or electrical permits, when required, are pulled by the NC-licensed plumber or electrician who performs that work; we coordinate the process and inspections.

Yes. Curbless and accessible showers are custom-quoted after a free in-home assessment. They are built with proper slope and linear drains for barrier-free entry — popular for aging-in-place and modern design.

If we discover rot, mold, or structural issues during demolition, we stop and document everything with photos. You receive a written change order with exact pricing before any additional work proceeds.
