1-Year Labor Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on our installation labor. If there’s an issue with our workmanship within that period, we’ll make it right. This covers our labor only — materials are not included.
What’s Covered
The labor warranty covers the installation work we perform, including:
- Installation labor
- Waterproofing installation
- Tile setting labor
- Grout application
- Fixture installation labor
- Caulking & sealant labor
Work Done by Others
When we finish a bathroom another contractor left unfinished (Finish My Bath), the warranty covers the work we do. Work someone else did is not covered. Before we start, we photograph what is already there and your quote says exactly which work is ours.
Manufacturer Warranties
Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties where applicable. We pass through all manufacturer warranty documentation to you at project completion so you have direct coverage from the source.
Every tile build goes over a bonded waterproofing membrane meeting ANSI A118.10, photographed before any tile is set.
Photo Documentation
Your project is photographed as the work moves forward — always including the waterproofing before it’s covered — and the photos are delivered to you.
Warranty details are provided in your project closeout package, together with your photos. This warranty does not limit any rights you have under North Carolina law. See also our Terms of Service.
Plumbing & Electrical
Plumbing and electrical work is performed by NC-licensed plumbing and electrical contractors (N.C.G.S. 87-21, 87-43.1), coordinated by Showerly.
Plumbing or electrical permits, when required, are pulled by the NC-licensed plumber or electrician who performs that work; we coordinate the process and inspections.
